EPAYGO Tickets and Events is the new service for ticket sales designed and created by EPAY AD (ePay.bg). You can select a seat or price category and buy a ticket with just a few clicks. Quick and easy.

  1. Select an event by name, date or picture. No profile registration is necessary!
  2. Choose a seat or price category if a choice has been offered by the organizer.
  3. Select a payment method and proceed to payment.
We offer various payment methods:
  • Credit or Debit card
  • Online using your ePay.bg account
  • With your smart phone using ePay Mobile
  • In cash at an EasyPay office (2400 offices in all of Bulgaria)
  • At an ATM - B-pay
  • Via bank transfer to a bank account*
* Your bank will charge a fee for the transaction

If you are paying by bank transfer, your bank will charge a fee for the transaction.

For all other payment methods there are NO FEES.

You are only paying the announced by the organizer price.

Yes, of course you can. Just enter your email address. Check your information carefully before paying - the system will automatically send the ticket to the email that you have entered.

If you prefer to pay by using ePay.bg, you will need an account in ePay.bg but not a separate one for EPAYGO.

No, you do not need to print your ticket if you are using a smartphone. After you complete your purchase we will send you an email with your ticket and event details. Show the ticket directly from your phone.

If you have purchased more than one ticket, you need to send an electronic ticket to each one of the event's guests separately. Everyone needs to show their unique ticket at the event doors.

  • If you are using iPhone or iPad, use the attached pkpass file to upload your event ticket in your iOS Wallet
  • If you are using a smartphone with Android, download the application Pass2U Wallet and upload the attached pkpass file in it
  • You need not print your ticket or even download any additional applications. At the event doors simply open the PDF file and enlarge the barcode for scanning
  • If you do not have a smartphone, you need to print your ticket from the PDF file

After you have selected any number of tickets, you have 6 hours to execute payment. After 6 hours have expired, your order will be automatically canceled and you will have to start anew.

When the organizer has offered choice of seats and you have selected them on the interactive chart, you have 20 min. before your order will be authomatically cancelled.

You can buy tickets at any of the 2400 EasyPay offices on the territory of Bulgaria. You can look up their addresses here.

Option 1: If your ticket is without a reserved seat, you have up to 6 hours to pay at an EasyPay office with the code generated by the platform. You will receive your ticket in your email.

Option 2: If your ticket includes a reserved seat, you cannot book the ticket online. You will need to go and directly buy a ticket at an EasyPay office

In one transaction you can purchase up to 10 tickets for one event.

In one transaction you can purchase tickets for only one event.

There is no limit to the number of transactions that you can make.

For free events there are may be tickets at zero price. They are used for access control. With a single order you can request up to 2 free tickets. For any additional tickets start a new order.

Click the "Select seats" button, click on the desired seats of the chosen price category. If the seat is already sold, the platform will not allow you to select it.

EPAYGO bears no responsibility for tickets rеfunds. In case of cancellation or postponing of an event, it is the organizer who will determine the refund terms and we will announce all the details on the EPAYGO News page. When the organizer has changed the event's date, hour, venue or one of the performers, it is possible to get a refund for the purchased ticket after you submit a request but no later that one work day before the date of the event. You can claim your money either at the EasyPay office where you have done the payment, or by writing to office@epay.bg if you have paid using your bank account.

The event organizer bears all responsibility for returning and refunding tickets.

The rules for access at the events are determined by the organizers according to the content of the specific event. Check the information offered by the organizers or contact them directly.

If you have special needs or requests, please contact the organizer directly in order to receive service and assistance. The organizer's contacts will be provided by them either in the event's description or in their official website.

Whether a big concert or a few days festival, a students excursion or a small private party, EPAYGO is your trusted partner for ticket sales or simply for collecting money from a group.

  1. Register an account at www.ePay.bg
  2. Sign a partnership contract with EPAY A.D.
  3. Create and manage your events.
    Please follow the steps in How do I create an event in EPAYGO?
  1. Sign in with your user name and password in ePay.bg.
  2. Click on Create an event from the Events menu.
  3. Fill in the blank spaces with the details of your event.
  4. Confirm the information you entered and the event becomes active for salling tickets. Once you have signed a contract with PAY-GO the event link becomes active immediately, without an administrator’s approval. In order for it to be visible in the website EPAYGO, please contact us.
    An administrator reviews all of the events visible on the web site. They will be active for sales of tickets on the following working day. The sales link will be active but will not be visible on the web site.
  5. The system generates a link, which you can copy and publish in any media or social network, where you are promoting the event.

EPAYGO supports the events’ promotion by offering various advertising opportunities

In order for you to create events in EPAYGO, you need to have an account in ePay.bg - visit ePay.bg, click on Registration and follow the instructions

Organizers must have a Microaccount in ePay.bg / EasyPay.

The standard terms in the partnership contract are:

Opening and maintenance of a Microaccount/ Payment account at EasyPay – free of charge.

EPAY A.D. fee for each payment received via bank transfer or Microaccounts, registered in advance at ePay.bg:

  • 1,5 % of the amount, but no less than BGN 0.30 for each payment with a debit or a credit card Maestro and Debit MasterCard, Visa Еlectron, Visa Debit, Vpay, issued by a Bulgarian bank. The fee is automatically withheld in the moment of the money transfer to your Microaccount or EasyPay payment account.
  • 3,0 % of the amount, but no less than BGN 0.30 for each payment with a debit or a credit card – Business MasterCard, Visa Business, Diners Club/ AmEx. You will be automatically charged in the moment of the money transfer to your Microaccount or EasyPay payment account.

EPAY A.D. fees for each received payment with bank cards without prior registration in ePay.bg:

  • With Visa/ Visa Electron/ MasterCard/Maestro – 3,0 % of the amount, but no less than BGN 0.30 for each payment

  • 3,0 % of the amount, but no less than BGN 0.30 for each payment

Go to the EPAYGO menu in your profile at ePay.bg and click on Events. You are seeing a list of all the events that you have created. To the right of each event there is a list of options. Click on Sold tickets. A new page opens with the requested information.

In the section "Tickets sell" there are two graghs. The graph "Tickets sell" gives you information about the sold tickets from each category and the total revenue of them without the withheld fees.

After the event has taken place, you may look at the graph "Checked tickets" and see what percentage of the sold tickets have been actually checked at the event doors.

For the time being only legal entities can sell tickets for events. The option for physical persons to also create events and sell tickets is under construction. Coming soon!

When creating the event, click on "Ticket with a seat" from the menu under "Price". Click on the Add button. A new menu appears "Add venue for this ticket". Select a venue and then click the Add button. After you add more than one category of tickets, two new buttons will appear: "Venue" and "Remove".

Click the button "Venue" to see a plan of the venue. There you can select and give names and price to the respective category of tickets. Define the seats which will belong to a given category by selecting the entire area that contains them in the venue. Mark the seats and choose the respective kind of ticket. You can also define a range of seats in the venue that will not be for sale.

With the button "Remove" you will delete the respective category of tickets.

If the system shows no plan of the venue, please demand for one from your partners (the venue) and send it to us, so we can include it.

You may rent from us:
  1. Staff on the event date at the event venue:
    • Cashier/s to sell tickets via the EasyPay payment system
    • Entry controller/s to check tickets at the event gates
  2. Equipment on the event date at the event venue:
    • Laptop/s or other visualization devices
    • Barcode reader/s

Should you wish to rent equipment or staff, once you’ve signed a partnership agreement with us, please send us an email at office@epaygo.bg 5 days prior to the event and specify number of employees or technical devices, name of the event and date, as well as number of hours during which you will need staff/ equipment from us. We will prepare and offer for you, on the terms of which both sides will agree.

The amounts here are just for general reference.

EPAYGO fee: х BGN 1.00 per viewer

Minimum cost for technical service: approx. BGN 400.00

We recommend that you keep your record of past events for future references.

Payments get transferred into your Microaccount in real time.

Payments get transferred into your Microaccount in real time after the respective fee has been withheld, according to the contract terms and the General Terms and Conditions. At the end of each month EPAY A.D. will issue an invoice for the withheld fees.

Using the platform is entirely FREE OF CHARGE. There are NO FEES due for creating and managing events.

Yes, you can create events for which you grant admission by issuing free tickets. The service is entirely FREE OF CHARGE!

Create an event in the usial way. Do not fill in a price of the ticket, thus it remains BGN 0.00. Save the event. Users may buy up to 2 tickets at a time. This is for misuse prevention.

There are two ways to send an invitation. From menu “Promotional tickets” select: “Invitation” – there is a bar code for the purposes of checking at the entrance but no price is written on it “Promotional ticket” – includes the price of the ticket but needs not be paid by the benefactor

In order to send an invitation, fill in the correct e-mail address of the benefactor and send them the ticket at zero price.

You may be expecting guests with special needs or requirements for seating and/or food. Due to technical reasons the platform cannot offer selection of seats suitable for wheelchairs or selection of meals.

For a different meal plan you can use the option to create a new category of tickets.

Please provide your contacts in the event description so that your guests can contact you directly. You are the best resource to provide special kinds of arrangements or service to your guests.

In line with our corporate guidelines, please position in your advertisements the two logos as follows:

  • 1st position EPAYGO
  • 2nd position EasyPay

Where possible, add this text above or below the logos:
